Traditional sautéed reindeer as a ready-to-eat preserve – simply heat and enjoy.

This product is gluten-free, lactose-free, and contains no preservatives or additives (except onion and salt), making it suitable for a wide range of special diets.

Instructions: Heat the contents in a saucepan (approx. 5 minutes)

Tunturiporo Reindeer Meat Preserve (Fully Preserved)
Tunturiporo’s reindeer preserve contains only reindeer meat as its main ingredient. The meat is fully cooked and ready to enjoy as a cold cut – perfect for outdoor trips, hiking, or at the cottage.
It is also well suited for use in soups, sauces, and traditional casseroles.
Ingredients: reindeer meat (92%), pea starch, salt (1.7%), glucose, spice mix, stabilisers (monocalcium phosphate, carrageenan), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (sodium nitrite)

Tunturiporo Whitefish Preserve (Fully Preserved)
Tunturiporo’s whitefish preserve is made from whitefish sourced from the Bothnian Bay. It’s versatile and works well as a pizza topping, in salads, or in oven dishes. It can also be served with rice or pasta.
Ingredients: whitefish, oil, crushed tomatoes, salt (0.7%), sugar, lemon pepper
